Shipping Time

All orders are shipped within 24-48 Business Hours from time of order, Business Days-Monday-Friday, Business Hours- 9AM-5PM

Shipping Modes

Shipping Modes and Time are mostly accurate, however, there can be a delay of 1-2 Days in the Standard and Priority shipping modes.

  1. Standard Shipping Flat Rate(7-12 Business Days)
  2. Standard Shipping Free(12-14 Business Days)
  3. Priority Shipping(6-10 Business Days)
  4. Ground Shipping(2 Business Days)-For Specific Products
  5. Overnight-For Specific Products

Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, it may take up to 48 hours for the same to be updated on our panel. Please check your email for the tracking id/tracking link or check your registered mobile number (if a direct line) for a message notification for the same.

Address Change

Address change request can be made within 12-16 hours of placing the order. If an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed/altered. In the event that the customer has a specific request for delivery or any specific delivery instructions, we request to co-ordinate with the local shipping person/team to arrange for the same.


Cancellation can be done before shipping, once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We can make exception to this rule, for this we request you to email us at admin@nysquad.com.

Due To Covid-19, we are seeing a delay of 2-8 days in delivery of a lot of shipments, we sincerely apologize for this, however during these difficult times, we expect you to bear with us.

As per government instructions, We are running the business with minimal staff in the office (30% Manpower). Most of our employees are Working from Home. It may result in delayed updation of tracking. But we are working hard to cover up for that.

Please read our COVID-19 Prevention Policy to know more about what we are doing to prevent the spread of this in our workplace. 

For every order delayed, we will be willing to compensate in form of Discounts once the lock down is over. Let’s overcome this together.


The advent of the COVID-19 and the manner it has affected the supply chain has forced all lead times for existing orders and quotes to be viewed as approximations. Temporary delays in delivery and service performance concerning us and/or our suppliers/sub-contractors may occur as a result of the COVID-19 virus. Therefore, all delivery/performance dates are non-binding.  

Please Note for the duration of lock down, no cancellation/return will be approved for delay in delivery.
